What to expect:
Day 1: Criminal Mindset, Awareness, and Basic Self-Defense (5 hours)

Day 2: Weapons Safety and Advanced Defensive Techniques (5 hours)
- Objective: Introduce the use of personal defense tools and techniques to handle armed threats.
