• Mini-Courses:
  • Include verbal and physical instruction and self-defense applications. (2-3 hours) General Areas- Not limited to: Offensives basics -Intermediate Tactics -Defensive basics -Deadly force situations - Child Safety - What works -Weapons defense and essential Non-physical skills
• Self-Defense Quick Survival Workshop:
  • 4-6 hours of higher intensity training
  • 1-hour specific verbal seminar
  • Defensive and offensive tactics
  • Escapes from common holds (escort holds, bear hugs, choke holds)
  • Edged weapons/gun defense
  • Weapons reality scenario
  • Real life scenarios
  • Outdoor scenario
• Self-Defense Academy
  • Full academy: GHSD Curriculum Levels 1-3, Kids Academy, Real Estate Safety Academy, Senior Academy, Ladies Only Academy, etc (can be tailored to your group).
  • 20 hours of curriculum (can be broken down into however you like- 10 weeks, 8-weeks, 5-weeks, 2 weekends, etc)

• All training is specific to the needs of the agency/customer/institute or group

• Travel expenses included for all classes within 30 miles of 98332. We charge $0.50 per mile for each additional mile. Hotel, Flight, and travel accommodations required for trips over 100 miles.
